In accordance with the Professionah Services Agreernent, signed between Sentari
Technologies, Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client" or "City") effective
as of November 6, 20113 and apl)ro%�e(,J by M C,265551 on November 5, 2013 (the
"Agreement"), this Apperldix, B-23 is incorporated into the Professional Services
Agreement and hereby reads as foHows,

been completed under fl')is work order as cor*�ternplaled hereon, but not later
than the end date set forth below.

Description of Work:

• Developing contingency plans
• Careful management of project bUdget

scheduling
