WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth (the "City") and Schuler & Shoo , Inc., authorized to do business in
Texas, (the "PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT"), made and entered into City Secretary Contract No,.
42518 (the "Contract" wMuch was, admiunustratuvel°y executed in the amount of $24,550.00 plus up to
$300.00 in reimbursable expenses can the 2nd deer of November 2011- and
WHEREAS, the Contract involves PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT services for the auditorium theater
lighting system at the Will Rogers Memorial Center; and
WHEREAS,, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 1 to said contract to provide design
and construction site observation services for the replacement of the cable reels serving the front-of-
house,theatre lighting truss in the auditorium at the Will Rogers Melmorial Center; and
NOW THEREFORE, City and Professional Consultant, acting herein by and through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the Contract:

Article I, SCOPE: OF SERVICES, of the Agreement is emended in the amount of$3,000.00 for the design
and construction site observation services for the replacement of the cable reels serving the front-of-
house theatre lighting truss in the auditorium at the Will Rogers Memorial Center as specified in the letter
from the PROFESSIONAL IAL CONSULTANT dated December 2, 2013 subject: Lighting Renovation, Will
Rogers Memorial Center Auditorium, Fort Worth, Texas, attached hereto as Attachment A lend made a
pert of this Agreement.

Article II, COMPENSATION,, of the Agreement is amended for the total Agreement price of $27,550.00
plus up to$30!x.00 in reimbursable expenses.

All other previsions of this Contract which are not expressly,amended herein shall remain in full farce and
effect.

above named project, Schuler Shook proposes to provide design and construction site

Preparation of specification and graphics, as required, for a qualified contractor to,
• Remove two existing cable reels
• Bid, procure, install and reconnect two, new cable reels

Professional fee for this additional scope of services will be Three Thousand and no/100
Dollars,($3,110�010.00).
To authorize us to proceed with this additional work, please sign and return a copy to, us. We
