The Customer has a need to reauccate the current 6 days of prepaid services to complete the following tasks_
• Update Blue Coat SG's to the latest revision level
• Implement Blue Coat Director Appliance
• Performance improvement of the Blue Coat Reporter
o Currently. Reporter is very slow and frequently times out when running large reports
• Update Reporter the latest revision level
• Customize reports on a best effort basis to accommodate the needs of the Customer
o Looking to create high-level,easy to read reports for manager
• Set up automated report generation for regularly run reports
• Consult on moving from Explicit Proxy to Impticit Proxy
• Knowledge Transfer
