Description: Meditan Voltage Cable Routing
NOTE:
The site plan E2 shows the meduim voltage feeder running north from existing
switchgear SGO to PMFI-3.
See Attachment#1
The actual site condition Is considerablely diferant than described.The actual routing is
the feeder conduit from SGO runs south to the manhole located south of SGO.The
raceway continues out the west sloe of this manhole and runs continuous to EMH-22

There is an additional 320'of cable required to Install the new feeder than whet is shown.
Attached is the proposed additional cost associated with the additional cable length.
