SECOND AMENDMENT TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 40728
DEM 10-05-NGAQS
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT to City Secretary Contract No. 40728 (hereinafter
"Amendment") is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (`City"), a home-
rule municipality in the State of Texas, acting by and through Fernando Costa. its duly
authorized Assistant City Manager, and Eastern Research Group, Inc. (`Contractor"),
acting by and through Heidi Schultz, its duly authorized Director.
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor have entered into that certain agreement identified
as City Secretary Contract No. 40728 (also the "Contract") executed on August 20, 2010
for services to include a study of air quality as it relates to natural gas production related
activities as was first amended in December 2010: and
WHEREAS, Contractor requires additional time to deliver the draft and final reports to
the City;
NOW WHEREFORE:
In accordance with Articles 4 and 29 of the contract between the City of Fort Worth
(City) and Eastern Research Group, Inc. (ERG) for Professional Services for the Natural
Gas Air Quality Study, the parties agree to the following amendments:
ERG will deliver the revised and fully integrated Draft Report described in Task 7 of the
Work Plan no later than July 5. 2011 at 12:00 PM CDT.
The City will provide comments on the Draft Report no later than July 7, 2011 at 5:00
PM CDT.
ERG will deliver the Final Report described in Task 7 of the Work Plan no later than July
13. 2011 at 12:00 PM CDT.
The reports shall be of the highest quality, easily understandable. and visually
informative.
