AS AGREEMENT
SYCAMORE
This FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT' . 25600 "Renewal" is
made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a him le municipal
corporation of the State of Texas ("City"), and Texas Wesleyan University, a Texas non-profit
corporation ("Lessee").
WHEREAS, on February 8, 2000, the City and Lessee entered in to a Lease Agreement
Sycamore Park Softball Field No. 2, the sane losing Foil Werth City Secretary Contract Number
25600 ("Lease") and,
WHEREAS, the Lease has a ten-year primary terra,, begirming on October 1, 19991 and
ending on September 30, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the Lease provides that the tare may be extended for two additional 5-yeas
renewal periods by mutual agreement of the parties and
WHEREAS, the Lessee has notified the City of its desire to renew and extend said Lease
for the :first Extension 4"erg under the same terms and conditions;
NOW, THERE FO City and Lessee agree to renew and extend the Lease as follows,

remain in full force and effect except as specifically amended herein. The First
Extension Term of this Lease shall he for a, period of five (5) years, beginning October 1,
2009 and ending September 30, 2014.
