Tax Increment rein estt ent Zone Number 9, City of Fort Forth, Texas
and Tarrant Regional Water District, a Water Control Improvement Iiistrict.
("Project Funding Agreement")
Gentlemen:
This letter is intended to confirm our respective agreements with respect to the advance
of funds described below.
At the request of.the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant:Kcal Water District, through the
Trinity River Vision Authority, has agreed to advance the sum of$ to Fort worth
Western, Railroad 'in order to secure certain.futility easements is and relocations necessary oir
construction lf'the Trinity River Vision . ro j ect,, primarily m connection with the construction f
bridges necessary to the PrQJect., As such, this advance is a "Project Cost" as deed in Section
1.101 of the Project Funding Agreement.
