In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement entered into between
TEKsyst rns, Inc. (",Contractor") ,end thee' City of Fort Worth, ("Client„ or "City") e ectiv
as of November 6, 2013 and approved by M C C-26551 on November 5', 2013 (thee
"Agreement"), t'hi's Appendix B-18 is incorporated into the Professional Services
Agreement and hereby reads as follows:
11. The ter f this work; order shall be extended to end, when all services have
been completed Wunder this work order as contemplated herein, but not later
than the end date ,set forth baba .
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and condliti ns of
the, Professional Services Agreement, specifically the services to be provided
under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to, be performed under this Work Order shall' be as f l'l! s:
PROJECT ANAL
a. Work with Information Technology IT and Police epartment staff to
develop a detailed project plan for Windows, XP to ind ws 7 migration for
approximately 800 PCB personal computers.
b. Work with IT and PD, to identify stakeholders,, team members, and any additional
points of contact involved in the project.
C. Develop and implement an escalation process for managing risk, problem
resolution, and ensure successful implementation of the project ,plan.
d. Work with IT and PD to identify access requirements and manage logistics
issues for Ti EKslystems contract personnel entering secure facilities.
e. insure TEKsystems contract personnel are providing services in a safe manner
while, working at City of Fort Worth"'' facilities, following facility security procedures
and are in compliance with the applicable Criminal Justice Information Services
Cllr" guidelines.
f. Assist the City of Fort Worthy in creating project documentation and "Windows 7
training materials for end Fusers.
g. Design a site implementation rollout schedule and ensure successful

h. Analyze project activity instructions, procedures and complefion criteria; take
corrective action to keep project on track.
i. As required, ensure temporary network accounts are available and enabled for
ors-site PC Support Technicians.
j. Serve as, the Single Point of Contact (SP ) for the Windows 7 migration project
with IT and PD.
k. Manage Windows 7 migration project plan ensuirin�g c Ip:lli ance with time, cost
and scope requirements.
L Faci�litate kick-off, status review, and closeout meetings with IT, PD and
TEKsystems PC Support Technicians.
m. Establish project schedule, communications, channels and reporting
infrastructure for TEKsystems contract personnel.
n. Facilitate change control when appropriate to keep project on track.
o. Monitor services budget and invoices for compliance with cost and scope
requirements, with weekly reports to IT' and PD.
