Subsection n a of Section ar"ntenanee of the Lease is hereby arnended and replaced in
its entirety as fellows:

discretion, Lessee may (1) terminate the Lease or (ii) perform or hire

RE,COMMEnATIQN:
It is recorrimended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a Lease Agreement with
Elizabeth Marra and Dennis Kraft for approximately 24,213 square feet of office and warehouse space,at a
cost of$120,000.00 per year for a term of twenty—four months,bqginning July 1,201 l and ending June 30,
2013.

The Housing and Economic Development Department,Real Property Services l ivis,ion,a at the request of the
Police Depcwtment, has negotiated the lease of office and warehou&space to be used as office space for the
Police Department.
The lease term is for 24 months,,,beginning July 1, 2011. and expiring on June 310,2013. There is a rental
charge of$120,000.00 per year for the space. 'The City of Fort Worth is responsible for all utility and
telephone payments.
The lease has two successive 12 month renewal,terms.Exercise of the renewal terms does not require further
Council action.
This property is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 2.
