FIRST RENEWAL OF LICENSE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH
AND BALLET FOLKLORICO de FORT WORTH
This FIRST RENEWAL ("Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the
CITY OF FORT WORTH, a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas
(hereinafter referred to as "City"), acting by and through the Director of Parks and
Community Services Department and Ballet Folklorico de Fort Worth (hereinafter referred
to as the "Licensee"),acting by and through its duly authorized President.
WHEREAS, the City and Licensee entered into an license agreement for use of
space at R.D. Evans Community Center; and
WHEREAS, the primary term may be renewed by mutual agreement for two (2)
successive one-year terms; and
WHEREAS, the initial term of the Contract expired on August 31, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to continue operating under the terms and conditions
of the Contract by exercising the first renewal option.
NOW,THEREFORE, City and Licensee do covenant and agree as follows:
I.
The City and Licensee hereby agree to renew and extend the License Agreement
for a first one-year renewal period, commencing on the 1St day September 2012
and ending on the last day of August 2013 ("Renewal Term").
2.
All terms and conditions of City the License Agreement shall remain in full force
and effect during the Renewal Term unless specifically amended herein.
