WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth and Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford (Architect) made and entered into City
Secretary Contract No. 40243 (The Contract) which was authorized by the City Council by M&C C-24215,
the 11th day of May, 2010; and Amendment Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 were administratively executed in the
amount of$26,850.00 for additional topographic surveys, cost estimates and underground utilities survey;
and Amendment No. 5 was approved by M&C C-24980 on June 14, 2011 to complete the design and
provide construction administration services in the additional amount of $985,732.50 plus up to
$63,680.00 in reimbursable expenses; and Amendment No. 8 was approved by M&C C-26111 on
February 19, 2013 to redesign the Project's approved site and revise completed drawings in the additional
amount of $85,505.00 plus up to $2,365.00 in reimbursable expenses; and Amendment No.9 was
approved by M&C C-26504 on October 15, 2013 for additional redesign fees to accommodate a new FBO
within the terminal building in the additional amount of $317,917.00 without additional reimbursable
expenses; and Amendment No. 10 was approved by M&C C-26712 on March 18, 2014 for additional
redesign fees to accommodate a new FBO within the terminal building in the additional amount of
$120,473.00 without additional reimbursable; and
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary to incorporate additional requested mechanical & plumbing
changes to accommodate the new FBO; and
NOW THEREFORE, City and Architect, acting herein by and through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the Contract:
1.
Article 1.1, SECTION I —SERVICES OF THE ARCHITECT, a paragraph is added to read as follows:
"Provide additional design service to further modify the Project's currently approved mechanical
and plumbing plans in order to incorporate additional changes requested for the new FBO's
guidelines. The cost of these additional services is $10,800.00 without additional reimbursable
expense fees. The scope of services are described more fully in the Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford's
letters dated July 16, 2014 subject: Amendment Proposal for Additional Services — Design
Services for FBO Mechanical, Meacham Airport Terminal Building Renovation — Phase 2
including this letter's attachments noted as Exhibits "A", which are all attached hereto,
respectively, as Attachment"A" and made a part of this Agreement."

Paragraph 1 of SECTION V-COMPENSATION TO ARCHITECT, is amended as follows:
"The total compensation for all of the assignments to be performed by Architect to complete the
Projects as described in CHARACTER AND EXTENT of ARCHITECT'S SERVICES as
addressed in City Secretary Contract No. 40243 and Amendment Nos. 1 through 11 and hereof
shall be $1,781,952.50, hereinafter referred to as the 'total fee', plus up to $79,245.00 in
reimbursable expenses."

All other provisions of this Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and
effect.

RE: Amendment Proposal for Additional Services--Design Services for FBO Mechanical
Meacham Airport Terminal Building Renovation®Phase
Dear Mr. Murayama:
As requested by the City of Fort Worth Aviation Department,I am sending you this proposal for the design
of the Meacham Airport Terminal Building Renovation project to include design services proposed by Fort
Worth Aviation, and the new FBO operator to be located in the Renovated Terminal Building. These
proposed design services include the selection and design of the fan coil units within the lease, and the
building rough-in plumbing design for the plumbing fixtures proposed by the FBO architect.
Our proposal includes the necessary design costs to Issue for Construction sometime this fall, and the
management costs to coordinate the project with the FBO Interiors Architect Schenkel Shultz,for a lump
sum fee of $10,800°00 (Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars, and No Cents. No additional
Reimbursable Expenses will be required for this amendment beyond the base contract amount.
Our Proposal includes the attached exhibits; Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford Fee Summary, and a Campos
Engineering Fee Proposal are attached hereto and part of hibit A.

Building Revisions Related to New FBO Additional Services
Campos Engineering, Inc. hereby submits this Proposal/Contract for additional professional
Mechanical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Services in association with the building
revisions to incorporate the requirements for the new FBO that is to be added within the facility.
The proposal is based upon the phone conversation with HHS Architects on July 10, 2014.
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work is as follows:
1. Provide building HVAC equipment for the FBO area. Included are load calculations for
the individual spaces within the FBO. A total of 9 units for the space is anticipated.
2. VRF system piping shall be shown to each HVAC unit in the space.
3. Electrical shall be extended from the tenant HVAC panel for the space to the HVAC units
for the FBO area. The power for the roof top condensing unit shall be provided from the
roof mounted HVAC power panel.
4. Control thermostats will be installed at the units for extension into the FBO space during
the build-out of the space.
5. Rough-in water and sanitary sewer for the FBO restrooms shall be indicated for the FBO
area.
Work Clarifications
1. Selection and specification of plumbing fixtures is not included.
2. Ductwork from the HVAC units within the FBO space is not included. The ductwork shall
be part of the FBO tenant drawings.
3. Lighting within the FBO area is not included.
FEES
Campos will provide these Additional Services for the stipulated fee, including reimbursable
expenses of$8,000 (EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS).
