Home My WebLink AboutContract 43551-A3 CTY CM ", w AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 43551 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the City of Fort worth ("City") and Presidio Networked Solutions, Inc., ("Consultant") a Florida corporation, collectively referred to a s the "parties", made and entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract ("CSC") number 43551 on or about August 30, 2012 ("Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the Agreement involves the procurement of equipment and the implementing of segmentation in the Water Department's technology network for Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance; and WHEREAS, in the first amendment, the parties amended the Agreement to install hardware and provide implementation services for an EMC RSA two factor authentication solution; and WHEREAS, in the second amendment, the parties amended the Agreement to provide implementation services for replacing an existing, end of life Juniper Firewall cluster on its Internet connection with new Juniper SRX240 Firewall appliances; and WHEREAS, in this, the third amendment, the parties are amending the Agreement to add the installation of two additional IPS licenses to increase the functionality of the firewall, as well as support for the Juniper devices; NOW THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement: 1. Exhibits A, A-1, and A-2 to the Agreement, the Presidio Professional Services Proposal, shall be amended to add IPS licensing to two existing SRX240 Juniper firewalls appliances, which also includes support, as set forth in the proposal which is attached hereto as Exhibit A-3 ("Presidio Professional Services Proposal"), and incorporated into the Agreement for all purposes. 2. Exhibits B, B-1, and B-2 to the Agreement, Pricing, shall be amended to add pricing for applying IPS licensing to two existing SRX240 Juniper firewalls appliances, which also includes support, as set forth in the quote attached as Exhibit B-3 ("Budgetary Quote"), and incorporated into the Agreement for all purposes.
