Authorize the Water Department to provide water and sanitary sewer service at 1.25 times the retail rate to properties located at 9585 and 9595 Boat Club Road in Tarrant County, pursuant to City Code Section 35-606, Uses Outside City; and 2. Authorize the execution of an Agreement for such services. DISCUSSION: Mr. Habib Arab, the owner of the properties located at 9585 and 9595 Boat Club Road has submitted a request to receive water and sanitary sewer service from the City of Fort Worth. The legal description of the property is L J Burgess Estate, Lots A2, C2 and D2, located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Fort Worth, inside Tarrant County and within the Fort Worth Water Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN). Mr. Habib Arab, has agreed to pay all fees and charges associated with the connection. The applicant also understands that the fees and the monthly bill will be 1.25 times the rate for customers inside the City of Fort Worth. This property is located adjacent to COUNCIL DISTRICT 7. FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION: The Financial Management Services Director certifies that the Water Department is responsible for the collection and deposit of funds due to the City.
