In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement entered into between Kforce
Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client" or "City") effective as of November
6, 2013 and approved by M&C C-26551 on November 5, 2013 (the "Agreement"), this
Appendix B-2 is incorporated into the Professional Services Agreement and hereby
reads as follows:
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, but not later
than the end date set forth below.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, specifically the services to be provided
under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be exclusively for
support of the implementation of a new Municipal Court Case Management
Software System as follows:
DATA MIGRATION SPECIALIST
a. Gather business requirements for data migration from end users/customers.
b. Identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration
requirements together with subject matter experts and the project team.
c. Assist in designing, planning and managing the data migration process. Perform
source system data analysis in order to manage "source to target" data mapping.
d. Perform data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting.
e. Support the vendor with migration of data from the designated source to the
destination host.
m f. Manage cross-program data assurance for physical data items in source and

M g. Provide Technical Writer with details of activity for archival, training, support
