COUNTY OF TARRANT §
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (City) and Dunaway Associates, Inc., (Engineer)
made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 27112, (the Contract) which was authorized
by the City Council by M&C 18759 on the 2"d day of October, 2001; and subsequently revised by
five amendments; and
WHEREAS, the Contract involves engineering services for the following project:
DESIGN WATER AND SANITARY SEWER LINES FOR GREENWAY MODEL
BLOCK ADDITION
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 6 to said Contract to
include an increased scope of work and revised maximum fee;
SEPARATE WATER AND SANITARY SEWER FOR GREENWAY
INDUSTRIAL PARK INTO TWO INDEPENDENTLY ADVERTISED
CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
NOW THEREFORE, City and Engineer, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the Contract:
1.
Article I of the Contract is amended to include the additional engineering services
specified in the proposal letter dated June 27, 2004, a copy of which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein. The cost for the additional professional services to be performed
by the Engineer totals $13,294.00.
2.
Article II of the Contract is amended to provide for an increase in the maximum fee to be
paid the Engineer for all work and services under the Contract, as amended, so that the total fee
paid by the City for all work and services shall not exceed $407,961.80.
All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.

Dunaway Associates, Inc. is pleased to present this revised Amendment No. 6 for the
following additional services that are beyond our original scope of services.
• Updates to plans, specs & OPCC to split project
• Reproduction
• One Public Meeting
• As directed, we will not perform any of the following for this portion of the project and they
are not included in this scope of services:
o Coordination, bidding, and construction assistance.
o Bid advertisement/opening/tabulation/recommendation
o Coordination meetings
o Pre-construction Conference
o Pre-Bid Meeting
o Final observation
o Shop Drawing Review
