HomeMy WebLinkAboutContract 32215-A3 ITY ETAP CON RACFT NO �� TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AIRPORT PROJECT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (Federally Assisted Airport Development) TxDOT CSJ No.: 0502MEACH TxDOT Project No.: AP MEACHAM8 TxDOT Contract No. : 5XXAV054 Commission Approval: December 16, 2004 NPE Funds Applied: FY05 Amendment No. 03 to the Agreement Part I - Identification of the Project TO: The City of Fort Worth, Texas FROM: The State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation The City of Fort Worth, Texas, hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor," and the Texas Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the "State," have entered into an Airport Project Participation Agreement TxDOT CSJ Number 0502MEACH, executed by the Sponsor on August 5, 2005, and by the State on August 10, 2005, for the development of the Fort Worth Meacham International Airport, hereinafter referred to as the "Airport". The project is described as engineering/design services to: mark taxiway A as a temporary runway; remove/replace joint seal/spall repair Runway 16-34; Mark Runway 16-34; mark and install signage for POFZ area Runway 16-34; install electrical isolation transformers Runway 16-34; light taxiway A as a temporary runway; replace medium intensity runway lights Runway 16-34; remove temporary runway lighting from taxiway A; mark taxiway A as a taxiway and remove temporary runway markings; expand apron west of 2S; pave grass island; construct taxiway access from taxiway A to apron; repair/rehabilitate apron adjacent to and west of 2S at the Fort Worth Meacham International Airport. It is in the mutual interest of the Sponsor and the State to amend the project description to include correct the runway roughness on RW 16-34, pavement removal for taxiways A4 and A5 and associated appurtenances. Part I1 - Offer of Financial Assistance, as changed by Amendment No. 02, estimates total project costs to be $1,050,000; and financial assistance is currently limited to $945,000 in federal 9� $105,000 in local sponsor funds. B Ap Q� Page 1 of 3 � 4 � Nr sA� The following amendment to the Airport Project Participation Agreement shall become effective upon execution of this Amendment by the Sponsor and the State. The Airport Project Participation Agreement is amended as follows: The project is described as engineering/design services to: mark taxiway A as a temporary runway; remove/replace joint seal/spall repair Runway 16-34; Mark Runway 16-34; mark and install signage for POFZ area Runway 16-34; install electrical isolation transformers Runway 16-34; light taxiway A as a temporary runway; replace medium intensity runway lights Runway 16-34; remove temporary runway lighting from taxiway A; mark taxiway A as a taxiway and remove temporary runway markings; expand apron west of 2S; pave grass island; construct taxiway access from taxiway A to apron; repair/rehabilitate apron adjacent to and west of 2S and correct the runway roughness on RW 16-34, pavement removal for taxiways A4 and A5 and associated appurtenances at the Fort Worth Meacham International Airport. All other terms and conditions of the agreement are unchanged and remain in full force and effect. This Amendment to the Airport Project Participation Agreement between the City of Fort Worth, Texas, and the Texas Department of Transportation is mutually agreed to and accepted.
