AMENDMENT No. 2
TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and Dunaway
Associates, L.P. , (ENGINEER) made and entered into City Secretary
Contract No. 43087, (the CONTRACT) which was authorized by M&C -
25528 on the 27th day of March, 2012 in the amount of $192 ,000 . 00;
and
WHEREAS, the CONTRACT was subsequently revised by:
Amendment No. 1 in the amount $82 ,329. 00 which was
administratively authorized 30th day of January, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves engineering services for the
following project:
State Highway 114 Water Relocation, Part 2 ; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 2
to the CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work and revised
fee.
NOW THEREFORE, CITY and ENGINEER, acting herein by and
through their duly authorized representatives , enter into the
following agreement, which amends the CONTRACT:
1 .
Article I of the CONTRACT is amended to include the additional
engineering services specified in a proposal dated August 29,
2014, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
The cost to City for the additional design services to be
performed by Engineer totals $21,259. 00 .
2 .
Article II of the CONTRACT is amended to provide for an increase
in the fee to be paid to Engineer for all work and services
performed under the Contract, as amended, so that the total fee
paid by the City for all work and services shall be an amount of
$295,558 .00 .
3 .
All other provisions of the Contract, which are no lex ressly
amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect. rMIAL PM-CORD

Dear Mr. Sauceda:
Dunaway Associates, L.P. is pleased to present this Amendment No. 2 for the following
additional services that are beyond our original scope of services.
Relocation of the City utilities in the area around State Highway 114 and Farm to Market 156
is to occur prior to TxDOT's road construdtion; however,TxDOT has revealed that their plans
have changed so now their design is to include some additional main lane improvements
east of FM 156. These improvements will affect an existing 16-inch water main that crosses
SH 114 at Three Wide Drive.
Dunaway proposes to provide additional survey, design, and easement preparation to
address TxDOT's design change and include this additional utility relocations within the
current SH114 project for advertisement.
SCOPE OF WORK
I. Field Topographic Survey for additional 500 LF of Water Main crossing State
Highway 114.
2. Design of additional 500 LF of Water Main.
3. Preparation of Two (2) additional Permanent Water Easements.

Dunaway proposes to provide the above described scope of work for a LUMP SUM fee of
$21,259.
Only those services specifically mentioned in the Scope of Work section are offered as a part
of this proposal.
A summary of the total project is as follows:

Amendment#1 $ 82,329
Amendment#2 $ 21,259
Total Project $295,558
