In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement entered into between
TEKsystems, Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client' or "City") effective
as of November 6, 2013 and approved by M&C C-26551 on November 5, 2013 (the
"Agreement'), this Appendix B-31A is incorporated into the Professional Services
Agreement and hereby reads as follows:
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, but not later
than the end date set forth below.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, specifically the services to be provided
under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be exclusively for
support of the implementation of a new Municipal Court Case Management
Software System as follows:
TECHNICAL WRITER
a. Create written and graphical end-to-end representations of the system
configuration as solution architect designs.
b. Create written and graphical training material of the system configuration.
C. Create written and graphical support (help desk) material for the system
configuration.
d. Create detailed written and graphical presentations in support of Data Migration
Specialist and Database Administrator responsibilities throughout project
implementation.
4. Personnel assigned to provide services under this Work Order:
