In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement entered into between
TEKsystems, Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client" or "City") effective
as of November 6, 2013 and approved by M&C C-26551 on November 5, 2013 (the
"Agreement"), this Appendix B-17A is incorporated into the Professional Services
Agreement and hereby reads as follows:
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, but not later
than the end date set forth below.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, specifically the services to be provided
under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows:
IT SENIOR PROGRAMMER ANALYST/DEVELOPER
a. Setup new SharePoint websites on existing SharePoint servers. Typical sites
include project websites, departmental websites and collaboration sites.
b. Investigate SharePoint issues reported by customers, find resolutions, follow-
up with the customer and resolve the associated ITSM ticket.
c. Create security groups to control access to SharePoint sites, apply the
security to the sites and populate the groups with the associated employees
that require access.
d. Customize SharePoint sites to provide the site navigation and functionality
required by customers. This includes installation of web parts to the
SharePoint environment for the purpose of providing expanded functionality,
such as parts to draw data or information from other City systems into
SharePoint.
e. SharePoint maintenance, including migration of over 60 websites from
systems that are reaching the end of Microsoft support to newer systems; this
will entail working with the end users to coordinate, test and validate the
migrations to the'newer servers.
f. This position will be responsible for providing end user training to City
employees on how to effectively utilize SharePoint websites.
g. Work with business planners and customers to determine document
requirements for new SharePoint websites.

h. Configure SharePoint data feeds that will allow data from other systems to be
utilized or displayed from within SharePoint websites.
i. Troubleshoot issues with third party applications. This may involve any of the
following tasks: remoting the employee's computer, reviewing system logs,
working with vendors, researching the issue on the Internet and with other IT
groups.
j. Install upgrades to third party applications, utilizing the same tasks associated
with troubleshooting, in addition to setting up a test environment, performing
upgrades, testing, change management and customer acceptance testing.
k. Develop SharePoint apps and components that integrate within SharePoint
websites to deliver additional functionality and business content to the site
that SharePoint is otherwise unable to deliver natively.
