Project Scope
The above project consists of CAD drawings, based on owner-provided technical
information, that will graphically and accurately show the following:
1. Grounding locations
2. Roof equipment grounding locations including roof top units,
antenna, lightning protection and any other grounded equipment
3. Fire tech room power and circuit locations
4. Panel locations
5. Underfloor junction box locations serving console units
6. Main tech room rack locations
7. UPS lighting locations
8. Updated panel schedules
9. Cable tray locations
10. Console locations with correct numbering

I. Architectural Services
1. Meet with City of Fort Worth and IT to determine project scope
(already completed).
2 Provide project coordination and assistance to City of Fort Worth
and IT.
3. Provide coordination and management of the consultant work.
4. Provide " cad clean up" to floor plan, reflected ceiling plan and roof
plan in order to make a "base drawing" from which all other
architectural and MEP drawings will be produced.

5.. From the base floor plan, draw all cable tray locations.
6. From base reflected ceiling plan, draw ceiling cable tray locations.
III. Electrical Services
The following drawings will be produced using owner provided
information:
1 . A cad drawing indicating routing and ground bus bar locations for
raised floor and console grounding.
2. A cad drawing indicating routing and terminations of main, tower
and earth grounding. The owner will provide Wells Doak this
information via hand drawings. Wells Doak will produce a cad
drawing with the information provided by the owner incorporated.
3. A cad drawing indicating roof equipment and lightning protection
grounding.
4. A cad drawing indicating the fire tech room power with circuit
numbers indicated. We will provide two separate plans on this
drawing of the tech area. One plan will indicate the existing type of
devices used, and the other plan will indicate the circuit numbers of
those devices.
5. A drawing indicating all existing panel locations and designations
6. A drawing indicating under-floor junction box locations and conduit
routing in the call center area.
7. A drawing indicating existing main tech room rack locations and
circuiting at racks.
8. A drawing indicating locations of light fixtures in the facility
connected to emergency power source(s).
9. A drawing or drawings of panel schedules with equipment being
served indicated.
Exclusions
1. General Additional services - services performed by Halbach•Dietz
Architects and its consultants and that involve changes in the "Project
Scope" listed above.
2. Specific Additional Services

BOLT PSAP BUILDING Drawing Updates
Project Scope Clarifications
1. Grounding System layouts/diagrams (main,earth,console, raised floor,roof top
and tower grounds).
2. Updated roof top drawings to include all equipment grounding, lightning
protection,roof penetrations and new antenna installation information.
3. Updated Fire Technology Room drawings containing Tack locations,power
panels and outlet placement.
4. Updated Police Technology Room drawings containing rack locations, power
panels and outlet placement.
5. Building drawing to include all electrical panel locations and their designations,
6. Updated electrical schedules to include existing and,new panels with circuit
designation information.
7. PD and FD dispatch floor grid drawing to include under floor junction box
locations and layouts, and console placement with associated numbers.
8. Individual:drawings of cable trays (RF,V&D, SBC 911, Expansion),runs and
locations under floor, above ceiling and above racks.(7 drawings)
9. Combined drawing of all trays
10. UPS Lighting locations
