FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 45157
This Amendment is made between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a municipal corporation,
acting herein by and through Charles W. Daniels, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager and
Convergint Technologies LLC ("Convergint"), acting herein through Mike Brunsen, its duly
authorized Vice President.
WHEREAS, City and Convergint entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 45157 for a period of three (3) years beginning November 26, 2013,
and ending on November 25, 2016; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and Convergint to amend the
Agreement to provide twenty-five (25) additional milestone licenses increasing the awarded cost
to $20,100.00.
NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT:
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 45157 is hereby amended to be effective on
10-2-2014 by:
1. Adding the following term to Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Software Licenses:
Twenty-five (25) additional Milestone XProtect Corporate Device Channel
Licenses.
2. Replacing the total amount as described in Section 3.1 Fee from$17,600.00 to
$20,100.00 so that the term reads as follows:
As full and complete compensation for the Services described above, Consultant shall
be paid a flat fee of Twenty Thousand, One Hundred Dollars and No Cents
($21,100.00). As full and complete compensation for Additional Assistance,
Consultant shall be paid an hourly rate in accordance with Exhibit"A,"plus materials,
rrr which will be billed to City at Consultant's actual cost.

3. Adding the following to the end of Section 3.2(a) Structure of Payments—
Co) Services to account for the additional licenses:

Consultant will be paid the amount of$2,500.00 upon execution of the First
Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract Number 45157.

All other terms,provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of said Agreement not expressly
amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
