SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE SEVENTH ADDENDUM TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.40164
This Second Amendment to the Seventh Addendum to City Secretary Contract Number
40164 is by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home-rule municipality organized
under the laws of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City
Manager, and Unified Fine Art Services,L.L.C. (the"Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 40164-A7 ("Agreement") for the provision of services associated
with an artwork titled Intimate Apparel & Pearl Earrings (the "Artwork") by Donald Lipski, a
description of which was attached as Exhibit"I"and incorporated into the Agreement;and
WHEREAS, City desires to know the actual weight of the sculpture before further work
commences and the Contractor has provided a cost estimate for services,which is attached to this
Second Amendment to the Seventh Addendum to City Secretary Contract Number 40164 as
Exhibit"L;"and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and Contractor to amend the
Agreement to allow for additional services to be performed under this agreement as outlined in
Exhibit L.
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 40164-A7 is hereby amended to be effective on
November 10,2014 by:
1. Adding the scope of services outlined in the attached Exhibit L to the scope of
services included in Exhibit J of the First Amendment to the Seventh Addendum to
City Secretary Contract No. 40164.
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of said Agreement not expressly
amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
