JUSTIFICATION(REASONS) FOR CHANGE ORDER
The change order will allow for the following.
• The replacement of an 850 foot segment of an existing leaking and deteriorated 8-inch water main
that was encountered during construction
• The deletion of sanitary sewer pay items quantities that are no longer needed on the project;
Staff concurs with the contractor's request for 120 additional calendar days on the projects.
