AMENDMENT
TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.42107
UNIFIED SIGN AGREEMENT
This AMENDMENT TO UNIFIED SIGN AGREEMENT is entered into by
and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a municipal corporation of the State of
Texas located within Tarrant, Johnson, Denton, Parker and Wise Counties, Texas
(hereinafter referred to as the "City") acting herein by and through its duly authorized
City Manager or duly designated Assistant City Manager, and LNR CPI PRESIDIO
RETAIL, LLC, an Texas limited liability company and LNR CPI PRESIDIO LAND,
LLC, a Texas limited liability company (hereinafter collectively referred to as
"Company") acting herein by and through its duly authorized representatives.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and Company made and entered into
City Secretary Contract No. 42107 (the "Agreement") to authorize a unified sign plan for
Presidio Junction; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement contains exhibits that depict the size, location and
height of all existing signs on the property; and
WHEREAS, it advisable to execute this amendment to the Agreement to revise the
exhibits depicting the site plans for Presidio Junction.
NOW THEREFORE, City and Company, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enters into the following that amends the Agreement:

Exhibit B, depicting the sign plan for the Agreement, is hereby revis
to revise the site plans with Exhibit B-Revised 10/2014, titled "Site Plan" attached hereto
and incorporated herein to the Agreement. All other exhibits included in Exhibit B shall
remain in full force and effect.
2.
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
