Whereas, Paracelt does hereby wish to enter into an agreement to perform
on October 5, 2005 at the Hispanic Heritage Art Reception, located at City
Hall, 1000 Throckmorton, Fort Worth, Texas:
PARACELT DOES HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE,INDEMNIFY,REIMBURSE,
DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE CITY, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS,
SERVANTS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL
LIABILITY, CLAIMS, SUITS, DEMANDS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION WHICH
MAY ARISE DUE TO ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY,OR
PERSONAL INJURY, AND/OR DEATH OCCURRING AS A CONSEQUENCE OF
SUCH PERFORMANCE.
