AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 45026
STANDARD AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
This Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), Texas
home rule municipality, and Multatech Engineering, Inc. (hereafter"Consultant").
WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 45026 (the"Agreement"), which was executed on October 21, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement involves professional services for the Project generally
describes as SWS-050 Miscellaneous Drainage Studies; and
WHEREAS, the original term of the Agreement expired on October 21, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant desire to amend the original Agreement to extend
the original termination date.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the Agreement:
1.
Article 1II, Term, is hereby amended to read as follows: Unless terminated pursuant to the
terms herein, this Agreement shall be for a term of one year from the effective date or the full
expenditure of the Compensation, whichever occurs later.
2.
All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
