FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 42659
This Amendment is made between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a municipal corporation,
acting herein by and through Fernando Costa, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and
Parkeon, Inc., a Delaware Corporation ("Contractor"), acting herein through Kevin Woznicki, its
duly authorized President and CEO.
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 42659 ("Agreement") for a period of two years beginning December
13,2011; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement included two options to renew the Agreement for one-year
terms, and the Agreement was renewed from December 13, 2013, through December 12, 2014,
and again from December 13, 2014, through December 12, 2015;
WHEREAS, City and Contractor desire to amend the Agreement to increase the
compensation during the Renewal Options under Section 4 of the Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT:
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 42659 is hereby amended to be effective on March 11,
2015 by:
N1. Increasing the total compensation in Section 4 of the Agreement to allow for an
e amount not to exceed $96,559.00 during the renewal options.

All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of said Agreement not expressly
C3 amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
