regarding BAAS credit for the police academy.
Contract No.43220(the"MOU"))
Renewal Term: February 1, 2015—January 31, 2016
The above referenced MOU expired on January 31, 2015. Pursuant to the MOU, upon the expiration of the initial term,
the parties may agree to renew the MOU for two additional one year periods. This letter is to inform you that the City
requests renewal of CSC No. 43220 for an additional one year period,which will begin immediately upon the expiration
of the current term and will end on January 31, 2016. All other terms and conditions of CSC No. 43220 remain
unchanged. Please return this signed acknowledgement letter,along with a copy of your current insurance certificate,
to the address set forth below.
