Re: Second Renewal of Lease Agreement between the City of Fort Worth ("Lessee")
and Basswoodbeach Crossing, Ltd. ("Lessor") (City Secretary Contract No. 43223,
and 43223-111)
Dear Mr. Avneri:
This letter shall serve as notice that the City of Fort Worth would like to renew the lease
at 7451 North Beach Street with Basswoodbeach Crossing, Ltd., effective August 1, 2015
and expiring on July 31, 2016.
If Basswoodbeach is in agreement with the proposed renewal, please have the two
enclosed copies signed by the appropriate party and return them to Jean Petr, City of Fort
Worth, Property Management, 900 Monroe, Fort Worth, Texas, 76102, for execution and
the assignment of a contract number in the Office of the City Secretary of Fort Worth. A
