SUBJECT: Extension of Interlocal Agreement between the City of Fort Worth and the North
Central Texas Council of Governments, Solid Waste Grant 14-04-G04, Recycling
Roll Off/Bins/Big Bellys
At the request of the City of Fort Worth, this letter will serve as an amendment to extend the end
date of the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) for Implementation Project 14-04-G04 between the funds
recipient, City of Fort Worth, and the funding agency, the North Central Texas Council of
Governments (NCTCOG), from June 30, 2015 to July 31, 2015. The extension shall be on the
same terms and conditions as contained in the original ILA.
The City of Fort Worth will need to submit all remaining reimbursements to NCTCOG no later
than the close of business on Friday, July 31, 2015. Please note that all checks and credit card
charges are to show proof of payments made by Friday, July 31, 2015.
Signatures must be provided on this letter by those with signing authority. Please sign and
return this letter by email in a scanned format no later than Tuesday, June 30, 2015, to
Sandra Barba, Senior Planner, Environment and Development Department, NCTCOG. If you
