FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 45938
This Amendment is made between the City of Fort Worth ("FORT WORTH"), a municipal
corporation, acting herein by and through Susan Alanis, its duly authorized Assistant City
Manager and Resource Inc., (the "Consultant" or"contractor"), an Alaska corporation
and acting by and through Jim Rogers, its duly authorized President.
WHEREAS, FORT WORTH and Resource Data, Inc., entered into an Agreement
identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 45938 ("Agreement') for a period of 2
months beginning September 1 , 2015, with an option to renew for an additional term of one
year; and
WHEREAS, FORT WORTH exercised its option to renew November 18, 2014,
extending the contract through November 17, 2015; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both FORT WORTH and Resource Data, Inc., to
amend the Agreement to ensure on-going support for the FORT WORTH website project,
expand the scope of work to additional FORT WORTH web properties, and extend the term of
the Agreement:
THESE NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL BY .
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 45938 is hereby amended to be effective on August 6,
2015, y:
1, Expanding the scope of work to include support for Fort ortLirary.org, as well as
sites for Meacham and Spinks airport. Consultant will work with FORT WORTH staff
as directed to implement necessary support services;
2. Extending the end of the Agreement to Dec. 31, 2015;
3. Increasing the maximum funding for the project from the existing $10,500.00 to
$30,000.00; and
4. Requiring that work done on behalf of Fort orthLirary.org be invoiced as a separate
line item.
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of said Agreement not expressly
amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
