RENEWAL AGREEMENT
This Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter
"City"), a home rule municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with
its principal place of business at 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and Aqua
Metric Sales Company, ("Contractor") a Texas Corporation.
WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 46514 (the "Contract"), which was executed on June 24, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the Contract for the purpose of exchanging water meters three inches and above;
and
WHEREAS, the original term of the Contract expires on May 24, 2016; and
WHEREAS,the City and Contractor now wish to amend the original Contract to include
supplementary costs associated with installing thirty-eight additional water meters;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the contract:
1.
Section 3, Compensation. The addition of twenty three thousand dollars ($23,000.00)
for additional costs to install the additional water meters.
2.
All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
3.
The individual signing this agreement hereby warrants that he/she has the legal authority
to execute this agreement on behalf oft the respective party, and that such binding authority has

been granted by proper order, resolution, ordinance or other authorization of the entity. The other
party is fully entitled to rely on this warranty and representation in entering into this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement in
multiples on this day of ' t? , 2015.
