CONTRACT
AMENDMENT No.2
TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT No. 45662
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and Jacobs Engineering Group,
(ENUIN� R) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 45662, (the
CONTRACT) which was authorized by M&C C-26822 on the 3 day of June, 2014
in the amount of $ 2 , 485, 403 . 75; and
WHEREAS, the CONTRACT was subsequently revised by: Amendment Number
1 in the amount of $43 , 875 . 95 which was administratively authorized on
May 5, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves engineering services for the
following project :
Final Design for Extensions for Runway 16R, Runway 16L and Taxiway
A; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 2 to the
CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work and revised fee.
NOW THEREFORE, CITY and ENGINEER, acting herein by and through their
duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement,
which amends the CONTRACT:

Article I of the CONTRACT is amended to include the additional
engineering services specified in a proposal dated 08118115, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The cost to City for
the additional design services to be performed by Engineer totals
$ 7, 125. 00.
2 .
Article II of the CONTRACT is amended to provide for an increase in
the fee to be paid to Engineer for all work and services performed under
the Contract, as amended, so that the total fee paid by the City for all
work and services shall be an amount of $2, 536, 404 . 70.
3 .
All other provisions of the Contract, which are not expressly
amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect .

SUPPLEMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES
CHANGE TO
SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEES
This SUPPLEMENT to AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES to the original Agreement for Services(original Agreement dated 06/23/2014,Agreement
reference number JEMLP059)is between Jacobs Engineering Group,Inc.("Client")and Terracon Consultants,Inc.("Consultant")for additional or changed
Services to be provided by Consultant for client on the Project,as described in the Agreement for Services.This Supplement is incorporated into and part of
the Agreement for Services.
1. Scope of Services. The scope of the additional or changed Services are described in the Scope of Services section of the Consultant's
Supplemental Proposal, unless Services are otherwise described below or in Exhibit B to this Supplement(which section or exhibit are incorporated
into the Supplement).
Testing and analysis of subgrade preparation for proposed runway and taxiway pavement design on existing embankment on the north side of the
project site.
•Three additional borings
• Laboratory testing,including Sulfate determination,Lime pH,two Proctors,two lime stabilized CBR tests,and Atterberg Limits.
• Engineering analysis
Slope stability analysis of the proposed embankments of the proposed project site.
• One additional boring
• Laboratory testing,including Atterberg Limits and Unconfined Compression on soil.
• Global stability analysis for 41-1:11V new embankment slopes
2. Compensation. Client shall pay compensation for the additional or changed Services performed at the fees stated in the Supplemental Proposal
unless fees are otherwise stated below or in Exhibit C to this Supplement(which section or exhibit are incorporated into the Supplement).
Existing embankment subgrade analysis(note additional boring cost is within initial contract)
+ Laboratory: $3,325.00
+ Engineering: $1,050.00
Slope Stability Analysis(note addional boring cost and laboratory cost are covered within initial contract)
+ Engineering: $2,750.00
Total Additional Compensation: $7,125.00
All terms and conditions of the Agreement for Services shall continue in full force and effect. This Supplement is accepted and Consultant is
authorized to proceed.
