y TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and Kimley-Horn
and Associates, Inc. , (ENGINEER) made and entered into City
Secretary Contract No. 36324, (the CONTRACT) which was
authorized by M&C C-22555 on the 4th day of December, 2007 in
the amount of $251,355 . 00; and
WHEREAS, the CONTRACT was subsequently revised by:
Amendment Number 1 in the amount of $138, 730 . 00 which was
authorized by M&C C-25028 on July 19, 2011, Amendment No. 2 in
the amount of $49, 600 . 00 which was administratively authorized
on August 23, 2012 , Amendment No. 3 in the amount of
$27 ,000 . 00 which was administratively authorized on December
6, 2012 , Amendment No. 4 in the amount of $48,300 . 00 which was
administratively authorized on July 24, 2013, Amendment No.5
in the amount of $41, 700 . 00 which was administratively
authorized on January 6, 2014 and Amendment No. 6 in the amount
of $35,000 . 00 which was administratively authorized on
February 26, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves engineering services for
the following project:
Water and Sanitary Sewer Relocations for State Highway
121T, Part 3; and
ER , it has become necessary to execute Amendment
No. 7 to the CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work and
revised fee.
NOW THEREFORE, CITY and ENGINEER, acting herein by and
through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the
following agreement, which amends the CONTRACT:

Article I of the CONTRACT is amended to include the
additional engineering services specified in a proposal dated
September 17, 2015, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein. The cost to City for the additional
design services to be performed by Engineer totals $38,300 . 00 .
2 .
Article II of the CONTRACT is amended to provide for an
increase in the fee to be paid to Engineer for all work`°`"`"and` "
services performed under the Contract, as amended, so RECORD

total fee paid by the City for all work and services shall be
an amount of $629, 985.00 .

All other provisions of the Contract, which are not
expressly amended herein, shall remain in full force and
effect.
EXECUTED and EFFECTIVE as of the date last written by a
signatory, below.

Dear Liam:
This is an amendment to a contract between Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. and the City of Fort
Worth ("the City") dated 12-19-2007 referred to herein as the"Contract".
This amendment will provide for Additional Construction Phase Services as indicated below:
ITT 1 (CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES): $38,300Kimley-born
(Water$0, Serer$38,300)
Kimley-Horn will provide additional construction phase services as defined in the Contract Exhibit"A-
1" Part D—Construction Phase Services including:
• Review up to 25 Additional Shop Drawings
• Attend up to 12 Additional Progress Meetings and Prepare Meeting Notes
• Perform up to 10 Additional Site Observations
• Provide clarification for up to 4 Contractor Requests for Information (RFI)
We recommend that the City increase the budget by$38,300 for these additional services. From the
additional services listed above, the recommended breakdown for water and sewer services is as
follows:
