FIRST RENEWAL OF FORT WORTH
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 46116
This FIRST RENEWAL OF FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT
NO. 46116 ("Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth
("City"), acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Corley
Consulting, LLC, d/ b/a Corley Pipes Consulting ("Consultant"), acting by and through its
duly authorized President. The City and Consultant are individually referred to as a "party" and
collectively referred to as the "parties."
WHEREAS, City and Consultant are parties to a contract for consulting services, the
same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 46116 (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, City and Consultant previously executed an amendment to the Agreement,
increasing funding for services provided by a third-party subcontractor, the same being Fort
Worth City Secretary Contract No. 46116-A1; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for an one-year Initial Term with options for up to
four, one-year Renewal Terms; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to renew the Agreement, as amended, for a first Renewal
Term, commencing October 1, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Fort Worth and Consultant do mutually covenant and agree
as follows:

City and Consultant hereby agree to renew and extend Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract 46116, as amended by Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 46116-A1, for a
first Renewal Term of one (1) year, beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending September
30, 2016.

All terms and provisions of City Secretary Contract 46116, as amended by Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 46166-A1, shall remain in full force and effect throughout
the first Renewal Term unless specifically amended herein.
