Dear Mr. Dubosque,
On January 23, 2015 the City of Fort Worth(City) executed Consent to Assignment, City Secretary (CSC
35803-CAI), from Newone Hangars, LLC (Newone), to Art Aero Design, LLC (Art Aero), for lease site
E-20.
The approval of the Consent to Assignment was contingent on the successful sale and closing of the
property between Newone and Art Aero. The City has received written notification that the closing of
the property purchase did not occur.
The inability to complete the closing process voids the Consent to Assignment and therefore the terms
and conditions of the original lease between the City and Newone (CSC-35803), as amended by
Amendment No. 1 (CSC-35803-A1), remain in effect until the lease term expires on July 31, 2037,
unless terminated earlier, as provided in the lease terms and conditions.
If Newone agrees with the provisions identified above, please sign, notarize and return to the City of Fort
Worth, attention of the Aviation Department.
