SUBJECT: SH-121T ENGINEERING SERVICES
Dear Joei,
In order to initiate yoi,r work effort, this letter agreement will allow you to do preliminary
work in preparation for the Project Development Team meeting on July 27'1'. Your
services include preparing for and facilitating the Project Development Team Meeting.
These services include but are not limited to, the following:
a. Review and/or develop fundamentals
■ City Council "Decisions"
■ Common Question & Answer Information
■ Review Peer Review Team Recommendations
■ Define and establish "issues"
■ Define Project Development Team "Mission Statement"
b. Review alternative designs and issues for SH-121T between Hulen Street
and Summit Avenue.
As part of this agreement you will be compensated based on Time & Materials (T&M)
with a not to exceed cost of $14,800 for the services noted above.
You will be paid on a time and expense basis utilizing the ENGINEER'S hourly rate
schedule as shown below:
Joel Leisch $150.00
Nimrod Long $150.00
Engineering/Concept Design and Analysis $ 95.00
Urban Design Staff $ 80.00

SUBJECT: SH-121T ENGINEERING SERVICES
Please plan on being in Fort Worth most of the week of July 10th to make preparations
with staff for this meeting. We will have the information requested in your June 27
memorandum for you at that time.
The first Project Development Team meeting and the first Public Workshop have been
set for July 27th and August 10th respectively.
