a WHEREAS Executive Aviation, Inc. , (formerly Executive
Aviation Services) , a Texas corporation, acting herein by
and through Frank Feister, its duly authorized President, j
hereinafter referred to as Lessee, and the City of Fort

Worth, a municipal corporation acting herein_ by and through
its City Manager, hereinafter referred to as Lessor, did on
the 1st day of July, 1970, enter into a certain Tease for
the use and occupancy of 729 square feet of second floor
office space in the Meacham Field Administration Building
at $4.00 per square foot per year or $2, 916 per annum, said

lease being designated Contract No. 6657 in the office of
the City Secretary of the City of Fort Worth; and
WHEREAS, subject lease has been renewed each year since
then under the same terms and conditions with the most recent
renewal being effective on the 1st date of July, 1972 ; and

WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee both desire to renew and

extend said lease for an additional term of one year upon
the same covenants and conditions:
NOW, THEREFORE,
Lessee and Lessor hereby agree that the said Contract

No. 6657 shall be and the same is hereby extended upon the

same covenants and cond.tions for an additional period of

one year :without further option so that said lease as ex-
y , tended shall terminate on the 30th day of June, 3.974 .
