Mayor Bolen asked if a revenue stream was received for last year.( in
reference to MSC G-6733)
Mr.Bagsby asked if any cleaning had been done at the Casselwood Apt.?(M&C G-
6734) Work has begun. Mr.Lancaster hopes that the City continues
enforcing condemnation.
Numerous individuals addressed the Council and explained their circumstance of
why their property is in the situation that it is (sub -standard) and what each
can or will do to alleviate the problem.(MSC C-9759)Most of the property was
abated.
4. Citizen Presentation
Mrs. Irene McDavid presented Council with a petition opposing paving of
Vista Farley in Sun Valley. There was some confusion due to the letter that
was sent by the City. Gary Santerre indicated that the petition was suffi
cient for their use.

A. Water/sewer rates. Committee worked will. Discussion of capital
recovery. Followup...
B. Will Rogers. Good to update the series of projects which are
interrelated. We should do more of this type of status reporting on groupings of
interrelated topics. 0. What is the status of sales tax receipts from
livestock sales? Mayor wants it checked. (2. Check the fire garage with the
Fire Dept. I wonder whether it should not exit on Crestline. (3. Followup items
. (4. Parking planning and strategy. (S. Economic impact study.I would like a
copy. RAM.

* I want the 3d floor plans routinely reviewed by the staff responsible
for ongoing maintenance.
* We all need to help with and support "City Beat" filming. I expect
each of the City Managers Office staff to host these programs and come up with
the ideas.
* Any suggestions on how to recognize the departing Councilmember and
the new Councilmembers? I discussed with the Mayor et al the possibility of a

special event for this purpose. Ideas?
* 3d floor renovation funding and schedule. I hope that the bids can be
brought back in October. I would like to have the conference room brought back
with the 3d floor.
* Como issues. Plaque. Rostrum. Parking area. Ramon.
* Mayor has asked that we seek state legislation to permit granting bids
to a local firm when there is a tie. (Copy Jim Wilson).
* I want to include the changes to the precouncil room as part of the 3d
