3. COMMENTS/REQUESTS
As pertaining to M&C G-6742 major concern with most Councilmembers was the
rearrangement of the boundaries set by the Improvement District No.1.
Mr. Zapata: Can you provide me the percent changes. (Devro: 60/. property,92i.
value, and 83/. land area.)
Mr. Vance: The plan makes no sence that all benefit equally. All do not and it
concerns me. Those at a disadvantage should not be taxed.
4. CITIZEN PRESENTATION
Versie Thomas requested that the City take action on her property. Mayor Bolen
thanked her and said there was nothing the City could do.
j. ZONING HEARING
All the zoning cases were approved with the exception of the following;
Z-86-072 -Tristar Cap:i,tal Corporation Work Session and Public Hearing on Aug. 5.
Z-86-093 -Griffi n Amusement Company,Inc. by Thomas H. Law was delayed until
....-Aug.12.
Z-86-081 -N.C. Rios, Sr. The case was sent back to the Zoning Commission for re-
hearing.
Z-86-095 -Robert Dennis,public hearing set for some time in Sept.
