Councilman Gilley requested that his vote on M&C C-9952 be disqualified. 2. APPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS/COMMISSIONS Mayor Bolen appointed Luke Ellis to Place 3 on the Board of Commission. Councilman Vance appointed Gordon Crow to the Charitable Solicitation Committee. 3. CITIZENS PRESENTATION Mr. Stanley Barrett requested that some changes be made to M&C G-6759 -An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 7247, The Sign Code of the City of Fort Worth. Changes requested and approved were the deletion of portable signs from temporary signs; the deletion of "or converted" form paragraph 2.11; and inclusion of portable signs in paragraph 2.24.
