1. REDEPLOYMENT OF EXISTING FIRE DEPARTMENT RESOURCES
A. SUMMARY
1. Annual Growth Rate of 13.5%.
2. $1.9 Million non- discretionary increases.
3. 20% of General Fund Budget.
4. Implementation to begin 5/18/90.
B. COUNCIL RESPONSE/CONCERNS
1. Staffing/re-appointment of emptied stations.
2. Increased telephone costs.
3. Fire loss, response time, technology comparison with other cities.
2. POLICY AND AGREEMENT FOR THROUGH THE FENCE OPERATIONS AT MEACHAM AIRPORT

1. W.D. Hospers wants to meet with legal.
2. Hamer offered to house B-17 through June at S300 Der month.

1. Heritaae arouD-Dosition on aviation museum.
2. How many museums will be allowed at Meacham?
3. Profit/non-profit status.

A. BH-0015 (Bourine Street)Continued for one week.
B. BH-0016 (Papurt Drive) Continued for two weeks. (Over 5 presentations)
C. Z-90-36 Women's Club of Fort Worth, 30 day continuance.
2. G-8615 "Animals and Fowl" Attachment "B" approved as amended.
a. Look into extending holding time, liability issues, facility violation of
state laws? (Over 40 presentations)
3. G-8616 Through the Fence Operations was approved.
a. Allow B-17 to be placed in hanger with understanding that all permits (CO)
are obtained or fly out.
b. Zapata requested Airport Act compliance. (Over 10 presentations)
4. G-8614 Water CIP Impact Fees, hearing closed, referred ordinance to City
Council Water/Waste Committee and return in 30 days. rA

5. Citizen Presentations
a. Wayne Moss and D. Jackson submitted 350 name petition opposing Fire Station
#7 deployment.
b. Snoke appeared, confused, complained about Fort Worth trying to be like
Dallas, told by councilman "we're not going to take you anymore'."
