W a ae, r•e' Whereas, the City Council finds that the hereinafter described property constitutes a contignous, unimproved tract of land of approximately 4 square miles located within the corporate limits and adjoining the lines of the City of Fort Worth; Now, Therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF FORT WORTH: Section 1. That the following described territory within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Worth is hereby discontinued as a part of the City of Fort Worth and said tract of land is described by metes and bounds as follows: BEING a tract of land about 5 miles east from the Court House of Tarrant County, Texas, and embracing all or portions of the L. G. Tinsley, A. C. Warren, J. Lynch, P. T. Welch, J. F. Redding, J. Blackwell, W. R. Reeder, J. Brockman, S. Elliott, H. P. Largent, W. Norris, E. Jones, W. Baker, R. C. B. Williams, H. Robinson, J. H. Conner, G. W. Main, N. Burton, P. E. Coleman, E. Taylor, D. M. Helms, W. Mann, and W. N. Ray Surveys, and being more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the present City of Fort Worth City Limit Line, in the west line of Haltom Road (County Road No. 3084) produced south, at its intersection with the south line of East First Street. T E1TCE east, along the present City of Fort Worth City Limit Line, and along the south line of East First Street to a point in the east line of a tract of land owned by the City of Fort Worth upon which is situated a sewage disposal plant; THENCE south, along the east-line of said tract approximately 2695 feet to a point 300 feet north of the north line of the William Edwards Survey produced west; THENCE east along the present City of Fort Worth City Limit Line 300 feet north of and parallel to the north line of the Vim. Edwards Survey produced west and 390 feet north of and parallel to the north line of the Wm. Edwards Survey to its intersection with the easterly line of Randol Mill Road (County Road No. 2021); THENCE north, northeasterly, and easterly along the easterly line of Randol Mill Road (County Road No. 2021) to its intersection with the east line of the W. F. White Survey produced north; THENCE south, to and along, the east line of the W. F. White Survey, and the W. L. Tandy Survey to its intersection with the north line of the Dallas Fort Worth Turnpike; THENCE easterly along the northerly line of the Dallas—Fort Worth Turnpike to its intersection with the west line of Handley Drive (County Road No. 2054); THENCE north along the west line of Handley Drive (County Road No. 2054) and along said line produced north to its intersection with the north line of Randol Mill Road (County Road No. 2021); THENCE west along the north line of Randol Mill Road to its inter— section with the east line of Handley Ederville Road (County Road No. 3054); THENCE north along the east line of Handley Ederville Road (County Road No. 3054) to its intersection with the south line of Midway Road (County Road Ido. 3007); THENCE westerly along the south lane of Midway Road (County Road No. 3007) to its intersection with the east line of Willow Park, a dedicated public street, said point being 60 feet east from the northeast corner of Lot 16, Block 2, Richland Gardens, an addition out of the W.
