products and services can he obtained directly by the N1etrOPAC Library. or
purchased or licensed by the City` of Font. Worth fix- the mtrtural benefit of the

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE.
The purpose of`this A<greement is 10 promote the efficient prrrvision of autom atcd library
services in public libraries in 'Tarrant County, Texas. Fort Worth"s Central Library is the hale
of all operations related to the System. The System serves all of Fort Worth's libraries as well
as other Tarrant County libraries that enter into the h-lett-OP AC Consdrtiunl. Subject to and in

3. TERM.
This Agreement shall commence Oil the I;ff`ective Cate and retrain in effect 1'or five (5)
years. After Five (5) ~rears_ the Apreement shall automatically renew for succ,essivc cme (17
year terms ("Renewal Period") and z,hall contintie in full force and effect unless terminated
by either party upon written notice. Such notice oi'intent to tertllinate must be given not later
