AN ORDINANCE #NCREASING ESTIMATED RECEIPTS AND APPROPRIAT#ONS IN
THE SPECIAL TRUST FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $33,219.00 CONfi#NGENT UPON
THE ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010 BUDGET FOR THE PURPOSE OF
FUND#NG THE FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT D#STRICT
ADMINISTRATION BY THE HOUSING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT; PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE„ MAKING THIS
ORDINANCE CUMULATIVE OF PRIOR ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH: AND
PROV#DING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH. TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That in addition to those amounts allocated to the various City departments far Fiscal Year 2009-2010 in the
Budge# of the City Manager, there shall also be increased estimated receipts and appropriations in the
Special Trust Fund in the amount of $33,219.00 contingent upon the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2009-2010
budget far the purpose of funding the Fiscal Year 2009-2010 Public Improvement District Administration by
the Housing and Economic Development Department.
SECTION 2.
That should any portion, section ar part of a section of this ordinance be declared invalid, inoperative ar void
far any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision, ap#nian or judgment shall in no way
impair the remaining portions, sections, ar parts of sections of this ordinance, which said remaining
provisions sha## be and remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
That this ordinance shall be incorporated into the ordinance effecting the budget of the municipal
government of the City of Fart Worth far the ensuing Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2009, and ending
September 30, 2010, and all other ordinances and appropriations amending the same except in thane
instances where the pravis#ans of this ordinance are in direct conflict with such other ordinances and
apprapriatians, in which instance said conflicting provisions of said prier ordinances and appropriations are
hereby expressly repealed.
SECT#ON 4.
This ordinance shall take effect upon ~do~t,on.
