THE CITY OF FORT i WORTH BY HORSES AND VEHICLES OF ALL KINDS.ESTABLI$HING REGULATIONS AS TO TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE AND OTHER PROPERTY OVER AND UPON SUCH STREETS AND HIGHWAYS AND REGULATING THE MOVEMENT STOPPING,STANDING, MANAGEMEXT AND CONTROL OF VEHICLES OF ALL KINDS IN SUCH STREETS AND HIGHWAYS, BE IT Y THr F-0ARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH: Section 1: That section 4-' ,of Ordinance No.387,heretofore passed by the Board of Commissioners on the 13th,day of August 1918,be and the same is hereby amended so as to hereafter read as follows: "Section 48: hereafter all street cars going East on Seventh street or M1nth street 'between I= and Houston streets shall pass over Main St T to the East side thereof,east of the east property line for the purpose of discharging and taking on Passeagers,and it shall be unlawful for any person to permit any vehicle of any kind or chan_ta:ter to stop,stand or remain on said Seventh street or Ninth Street between Dain M Houston Streets or on Seventh or Ninth Street between Houston &M Throckmorton streets or on the North one-half of Weatherford street between Commerce and Houston Streets for a longer period than five minutes at any one time between the hours of 7 A.M. and 8 P.M.;provided however that vehicles loading or unloading merchandise or other property may stand therein a reasonable length of time to enable them to load and unload such merchandi- se or othe roperty. a, „� 1iWs� x][��'ii�fi�7C��If�R7f���x��x�txfl7C�tXtlxfX�iXI� ltf#srxz##�sz�tas xs;lxs�tzxn�[l�zs�oatxpYh�#sa##nsxssazsgx#xssixbsx#u. Sectiot 3: Any person Violating any of the fore going provisions, rules and regulations shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall bep fished by a fine not to exceed One-hundsed dollars, Section 3: That this ordlnancf;-shall take effect and be in force from and after it's passage and publication as required by law.
