That Section 25 of Ordinance 1692 shall be amended so that hereafter said section of said ordinance shall contain a subsection "C" reading as follows: It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to park said vehicle or per- mit the same to be parked, stand, or re- ~rain on either side of Rosedale Street or anywhere therein between the west line of the Gulf, Colorado & Santa 'e -railroad Company's ri6ht of way, where it crosses said Rosedale Street; thence east to the east line of the K. K. & T. Railroad Com- pany's right of way, where sar.2e crosses Rosedale Street at ,Lrizona Avenue, being in all a distance of 460 feet. 2, That a public necessity and emergency exist for the immediate enforcement of this ordinance, and therefore the Secretary-Treasurer of the City of Fort "forth shall promptly have this ordinance published as required by law, and it s}tall become a lam and be in full force and effect immediately after such publication.
