j AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE SPECIFICATIONS FILED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS
i; DIRECTOR FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF CALMONT AVENUE IN THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
Section 1.
That the Public Works Director having on the-12th day of October, 19533 filed with the City Council com-
liplete Specifications for the improvement of Calmont Avenue, from the westerly line of Belle Place to the westerly.
jCline of Montgomery Street, the same be and are hereby approved as the Specifications under which said work shall ii
be done.

SECTION 2.
ji That the City Secretary is hereby directed to advertise for Bids for the construction of the said improve-
;ments in accordance with the said Specifications, which advertisement shall be inserted one or more times in
;the Fort Worth Press, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Bort Worth, and shall call for sealed
Bids for the said work, to be filed with the City Council on or before the 29th day of October, 1953, at 10.:00
;;O'clock A.M. upon which date shall be opened and read as prescribed by the City Charter. That the first publi-
cation of said advertisement shall be not less than ten (10) days before the date herein set for opening of
Bids.
Section 3.
