P.R.T.C.T., as approved by the City Plan Commission. DISCUSSION. Mr. Joseph. Minton, owner of the subject property, has .requested that the City vacate the above-described portion of a street right-of-way as shown on the attached map. This portion of the subject street, acquired by dedication, is undeveloped excess parkway. There are na utility facilities located within the right- of-way requested for vacation. The subject vacation request has been pro- posed in order to replat the vacated right-of-way with the adjoining land. The Land Agent for the City of Fort Worth has determined that a $4,968.00 fee satisfies the interest of the City in this public right-of-way. Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised no objections to this request. A satisfactory replat has been submitted. MG:c 06rowmin APPR~V~p gY CITY COUNCIL.
