1' ~ I ri l C i AN ORDINANCE TINGUISHING A THE TRINITY WORTH, TEXAS, HEREIN; REPEL AND PROVIDING ORDINANCE N0. ~©~I~/_ VACATING, ABANDONING, AND CLOSING AND EX- UTILITY EASEMENT WHICH IS LOCATED WITHIN INDUSTRIAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT AND WHICH IS MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED aLING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH ; AN EFFECTIVE DATE. $E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT the twenty-six ( 26 ) foot wide by one thousand four hundred thirty-four (1,434) foot long utility easement, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes, and which is located in Block 1 of the Trinity Industrial Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Texas, the plat of which is located in Volume 388-133, Page 61 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, be and the same is vacated, abandoned, and permanently closed and extinguished. SECTION 2. That a.Il ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby repealed. SECTION 3 . That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the datE: of its passage, and it i-s so ordained.. R. T. C. T. DISCUSSION Mr. Jim Davies, Jr., surveyor, representing the owner of the above subject property, has requested that the City vacate the above described utility ease- ment, as shown on the attached map and further described by the attached field notes, Exhibit A. The subject easement acquired by dedication is platted. The subject easement does not contain any utility facilities, however, another utility easement for a sanitary sewer line Lateral #7106, crosses the subject easement but is not a part of this vacation, The Director of Real Property Management: has determined that a $1.00 consider- ation fee satisfies the City of Fort Worth's interest in this request. Reviewing City departments and utility service ,providers have raised no objec= tion to this request.
